I do think he wants less conflict around the world. But he also bends at the military wanting to show its might.
His whole action of BBB probed he does not want to reduce government other than to annoy the liberals and take out their pet projects.
He has zero discipline in the moment. COVID showed that as well.
This bill kicked the can yet again. So little will be done until the new debt ceiling or if the Dems take the house
