"The vast majority" of people on Medicaid now are not going to be affected by this bill. You lose your argument because your premise is just wrong.

But there is most certainly waste, fraud, and abuse in Medicaid and this bill takes a shot at cleaning at least a little bit of that up. It's not a difficult concept to understand. Medicaid will be available and is fully funded for the people that really need it.
