define who gets US citizenship at birth. The CA should be extremely specific and remove loopholes and confusion about how bithright citizenship is granted,
If the current SCOTUS upholds the Trump EO, all it takes is a new POTUS writing another EO and a new SCOTUS agreeing with the new EO to change the rule.
