Perhaps they brought him up too soon?
Perhaps he's got nobody hitting behind him?

He's got the worst hitting coach in MLB on the bench and that's not helping the cause. I think Zumwalt gets fired at some point but maybe it's not until after the season is over. I honestly wish they wouldn't have called him up while Zumwalt is on the bench...literally every hitter is regressing under his watch. It's mind numbing that they have not replaced him. It's almost like they're too stubborn to do so.
