That federal prison was easy street compared to state prison. I guess federal prisons are better funded than state prisons. The lack of funding means ****ty food, ****ty facilities and most notably lack of adequate staff. He basically said all the bad stuff you hear about on tv (rape, fights murder) all is true for state prisons but not really true of fed prison outside of rare occurrences. Makes sense but surprised me for some reason
