[color=blue]In the NCAA Division I and II, high school athletes can sign a financial aid agreement with a college starting August 1st of their senior year. This agreement, previously known as the National Letter of Intent (NLI), is now called an athletics aid agreement. Once signed, communication with other NCAA schools offering athletic aid must cease. Same thing regarding the date. August 1 of senior year. I wonder if the Missouri law needs to be changed or if NLI is assumed to be the same as financial aid agreement.
What I wonder since the NCAA isn't enforcing tampering which is against their rules whether they will enforce this?
