Florrisant is considered part of St Louis. When someone asks where you are from, ST Louis is the correct answer (if you don't wish to claim Forrisant).

Claiming to be from Wells-Goodfellow to gain "street cred" would be akin to what AOC is pulling by claiming to be from the Bronx.

Yorktown is not considered part of the Bronx... it isn't even considered part of NYC
