Do liberals also believe then, that the governor of Delaware, for example, should be able to impose a nationwide injunction against genital mutilation for the kids of insane, virtue signaling idiot parents, who desperately want their kids to transgender?
If a district court judge can have nationwide authority, why can't a governor have the same authority?
