There isn’t a reason why resources couldn’t be pooled to build the curriculum, audio/video presentations recorded, and use the church community to help tutor as well. You may be surprised how low the bar is to be a substitute teacher working off lesson plans developed by teachers.
I’m sure even better ways of doing things than our current models of education. But people are usually resistant to change and follow the sunk cost fallacy of pulling away from existing brick & mortar infrastructure already built.
