Zero way to count "medication" abortions accurately... just because the medications were sent, doesn't mean they were used (or the 'patient' was even pregnant).

Just another example of Medicaid fraud since FDA requires that Medicaid reimburse abortionists who mail or deliver mifepristone to their patients.
