1. Way too much interleague play at the expense of divisional games. Let's get back to playing your division more - that's how rivalries are built and maintained.
2. June 23 for the first game against a division rival is too late - see #1
3. I don't care what the records are, THIS is a rivalry, folks. Genuine, deep, old, and still bitter.
Let's play some ball, it's fun no matter the outcome. THIS is what defined summer for me for my entire childhood. Wish MLB had a better financial structure, but I still love these games.
