Coaches got warned, he continued to mouth. Got warned again, came on the field, got warned a final time, then took a stab at the official telling him he missed 3 calls.
Id say he got plenty of opportunity to shut up and not break the rules and he choose not to.
Now keep in mind this is the 1st inning of the game. You really think any umpire is going to put up with a coaching acting like that to even start the day? Not a chance. That guy would have been ejected at any level including the majors for doing that exact same thing.
You say its the ump show when in fact that coach made it all about him. He couldn't just let it go, he had to get the last word in and as it turned out he didnt and coaches never will.
Worse for him now he's got that monkey on his back and crews everywhere they go will have him on a short leash. After all the bragging he did about how long hes been a coach you would think he'd know by now how all this works. You wanna get a reputation go ahead, you'll see how well that ends.
