but I have serious doubts this was unconstitutional. President has the ability to act over the short term to a perceived threat to national security. While I don't particularly believe this was a threat to national security, I don't have the information Trump does, and courts would give him a lot of latitude on what constitutes a threat. I think it was not wise to do it, but I think he probably had the right to do it (under the law).
