saying it is congress decision. congress gets nothing done and if they do it takes for ever. If they think it was their decision then they should have been in session making decisions. in today's time reaction is important. Trump let them know he was going to react. They should have either backed him, or told him to stop. All they did was grandstand and do nothing.
