The Iranians can inflict more damage each attack. The Israeli's are using F35's and drones (probably mostly drones). They can only fire 4 missiles each They probably lose a couple with each sortie. Plus they lose pilots. Ask yourself what airbases are they attacking from ? Those bases are probably gone. Iran is more open to journalist then Israel is.
