The depth isn't a huge deal it's more that the MOB was only tested on standard concrete. It's more likely that Iran used reinforced or better in their build and so the MOB probably wouldn't do much more than surface level damage.
Also the only time similar has been used was in Afghanistan where they have 0 air defense. There is no guidance on it so it has to free fall/user inertia which means a really long drop path
It's unlikely we use one of these or if we do unlikely it works
If it was 250ft of regular concrete they would drop 2 and be done with it.
