groundswell movement. They attempt constantly to orchestrate "spontaneous" movements showing they have the will of the people. It is performance drama, much like the politicians at the ICE facility and at Sec. Noem's presser who force a confrontation then attempt to paint it as oppression. It used to work. It is now trite and people are tired of it.
