They can continue funding every terrorist group, attack via proxy wars, with no threat of retribution.

Couple that with a former iranian prime minister saying they could wipeout israel with one or two nukes, and that would be worth it despite the 60 to 70 million dead in Iran after counterstrike.

and, lastly, the iranian people will continue to suffer under a despotic regime that's tortured their own citizens as much as israeli's.
