The deep rooted and irrational white guilt/male guilt/Western guilt/pseudo-intellectual guilt of those like rask is pernicious, and they feel a need to signal their angst to others as though by talking about it they are somehow doing something special. I am thankful we. as a society, appear to be turning from a decade of rewarding such weak-kneed cowardice and reestablishing what it means to be a responsible, masculine adult.
