sorry if this has been talked about.

but, from what I can tell this will cap that a school can spend on players is at 20.5 million across all sports. there would be an enforcement arm (CSC) that would analyze NIL deals, and the like, but will their authority actually have teeth? And, will they dole out punishments equally?

if i were a big school, that previously was above the law, wouldn't i just go back to securing commitments by doing what ever it took financially? is this CSC really going to levy meaningful penalties against their sacred cows?

i guess the details havent been ironed out - and maybe my info is bad - just wondering how this would be a good or bad thing for Mizzou. i'm thinking bad because we are probably already in the CSC's crosshairs before they've even been officially formed.
