It's being a tad ridiculous.
The motive was to shoot the wife for politics. Yes, husband got shot for being there too.
The true reason murderer was there, was in fact politics.
Based on the facts known so far, especially given they left a manifesto in the car.
Normal people don't tend to write manifesto's. people like JG do.
