Judges who can unilaterally overrule presidential directives, and initiatives, anyone of 535 members of Congress should be able to interrupt a press conference, shout questions, and demand answers without waiting in turn, or even waiting for a question and answer session.
No need for him to identify himself or wear appropriate badges . He's a senator, he's Hispanic and he had a question to ask and everybody should just take a knee while one of the mighty Democrats takes over the press conference and asks his questions.
He has brown privilege and he should have been respected.
