Whenever an illegal commits a crime, they make sure they promote the hell out of it. So people equate all illegals with violent crimes. It is meant to attack a group by the actions of individuals within that group. It is very anti-individual.

It is the same playbook the Left uses, and is using now. Trump is a nazi, therefor anyone who supports him (or thinks like him) is also a nazi.

The last 10 years combined with social media has moved us into a complete tribal system. The Right, along with Trump has figured out how to use it against the Left.
