What strong centralized rule? Securing the borders is what the Fed Govt is suppose to do.

Getting rid of Federal agency's and curtailing the power of the other agency's is not strong federal centralized rule.

It is the interest of the individuals in America to deport illegals and to take away the employment of Federal employee's.
