calling out the National Guard.
It's necessary to save lives and businesses in Los Angeles. The problem is that if I understand the law, and I'm not sure I do, the president has to be asked to provide national guard support, and he was decidedly not asked to do that.
I think this is a good time to make an exception or grant him extra powers.
But if this is a precedent-setting event, and the next bronco bomma is in the White House, he will call out the national guard twice a week in every city because someone hurt someone's feelings.
