to hold a hearing on the Immigration and Naturalization Act. Congress expressly prohibited Fed. Dist. Cts. from ruling in INA cases. None of the members of this terrorists family were legal residents. They entered the country illegally. They were all subject to deportation under the law and the Judge erred in meddling in the matter. All inferior courts, including Fed. Dist. Cts. are creations of Congress under Art. III of the Constitution and their powers are limited to those specifically authorized by Congress.
