believe if a coach was fired they "failed." I guess in a sense this is correct, but given the nature of sports, college and pro, I've never felt this was fair, and for Mizzou, I've also always thought you've eliminated some decent candidates with that philosophy.

Bottom line: who the frick cares who the director of whatever is.
