a violation of a treaty between the U.S. and Russia. Contrary to denials of foreknowledge by the Trump Admin, the Ukraine had to have help in planning, targeting and execution of these remote controlled drone attacks. The treaty mentioned requires nuclear capable bombers and missiles be displayed out in the open so that they can be accounted for by each nation's satellites. It is routine for Russian and American bombers be parked outside in the open at their airbases for specific periods of time to prevent each side from a mistaken defensive launch of nukes.
