Gates has to stop his irrational substitution patterns that make absolutely no sense.

Play your best players every game as much as you can so they can get into a rhythm.

Too many times he just sits players for no reason. Throws random lineups out there. Fine to experiment early on against rummies, but good God he is bad with lineups and substitutions.

He has to be better. He needs to make strides so our players can also.
