in the coal mine for western decay.
Almost always 10 minute + hold time.
Almost never get English first speaker, always some dot accent or worse.
Numerous holds to figure out basic questions, at least one transfer.
Spent a half an hour on the phone because the website wouldn't let me re-link my bank account (no idea why it unlinked to begin with).
Finally told the site is having issues and to retry later.
Introducing infinite 3rd worlders into modern civilization is making things objectively worse in every facet of life.
