He was never particularly sharp or quick. Like lots of old folks he was slower but never particularly dementia ed, yet. He still knew what was what.
the trump OTOH has always been a delusional liar, but now
he can't even keep a thought for 30 seconds. He can however ramble on and on and on for hours about nonsense and the trumplicans really think that means something.
