I don't think he's pro-Russian. He often posts maps and war reports that are blatantly pro-Ukrainian. I suspect he appears pro-Russian to you, because so much of the war news, maps and neutral sourced reports over the past two years have reported progress by Russia.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
