I don't think Trump believes this. Recall that it was Trump who pumped arms and weapons systems into Ukraine, which allowed them to prepare a major offensive in the Donbas. In response Russia invaded and it was those armaments and supplies that allowed the AFU to fend off the initial invasion. I think Trump wants to get our foreign policy untangled from serving the interests of the globalists running the EU. He's not getting the support he needs Congressional pubs to extricate us from the Ukrainian proxy war. A major problem for our political class is their dependence on a certain segment to fund their political campaigns and those people hate Russia with a passion.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
