prior to his giving what was billed as iconic speech on race given in Philly, Obama had spent the day on the campaign train - some 12-14 hours, then got the hotel and wrote the speech he gave the next day. But then Obama was off-the-charts when it came to stuff like that. But then, he was weaker as potus then he could have been.
