study to detrmine if constuction of canals, pipelines etc to deliver water from typical rivers that flood to barren areas would be feasible. I would also like to see a study on how much it would cost to build high speed rail systems in the US for passanger as well as product delivery to hubs. And have trucks pick the products up at central hubs instead of driving across the whole US to pick and deliver.
