you wouldn't die.
however, if you just resisted arrest, had an overly enlarged heart (more subject to arrhythmia under stress), and did a bunch of fentanyl and meth it could contribute to your death.
every officer in the world with apparently the exception of Chauvin knows you don't leave suspects face down like that. They are trained in regard to positional asphyxia (there is some controversy surrounding this topic) and taught to roll the suspect on their side as soon as practical.
Floyd was a big dude but he was cuffed and they had plenty of back up at that point and he should have been rolled over to his side.
that being said, still wasn't murder.
