along with all the other things that the last administration allowed to atrophy.
This happens every time, especially with the military, remember that Obama left our military with not enough ammunition , we needed to rebuild that stock pile. Biden gave weapons and cash to Ukraine.
Biden left zillions of dollars in weaponry in Afghanistan. Those things need to be rebuilt and replenished.
We should get rid of the department of education and most of AID. Those things can be legislated and codified later, but this has to happen first.
