to believe that he/she is worthy of the position they were given.
She will demand all the respect, all the attention, all the pay, and all the benefits that come with the position that she is not worthy of or qualified for. And she will believe she is worthy of it and more, and can't believe why she hasn't been promoted 20 minutes after accepting the position that she's not qualified for in the first place.
The WNBA is exactly that; they are a charity case of the Men's league that couldn't possibly generate enough revenue to stay open without subsidies. But that's not enough, they want equal pay, and the right to be hateful, racist, and liars with no repercussions.
What's their salary, about 75,000 per year? Where else could largely nonverbal, slovenly crude and untalented people make $75,000 a year? They can take the money from the league, or they can go work at a loading dock at JCPenney's Stores.
