claiming it cut taxes is laughable. taxpayers bear the cost of spending. since bbb increases same, it's a tax hike, not a tax cut. a flatulate joke in the face of his followers. all the while republicans in congress, sans a few like rand paul, act as lapdogs at the master's heal.
