Medicare.

It would seem to me that eliminating waste fraud and abuse from an essential part of government, would help preserve that part of government you continue and prosper.


Allowing it to continue to waste money on irrelevant programs like DEI and transgender crazy people, feathering the nests of do nothing bureaucrats will cause it to and run out of money for essential services.

Essential services should not be given a blank check to plss away as much money as they want. They must spend money judiciously also, just like everyone else.
