QB's in the portal if you feel good about him being your starter

If you feel good about Horn, then you go out and get a Pyne type acquisition to be a backup, not someone that was considered a top 5 portal QB

Also, considering Pribula is leaving a really good program where he would have a great chance to be the guy in 2026, it doesn't make much sense to come to a place where the odds of him being the starter are not very high
