I can only speak from my perception. When the internet was created things started changing in the classroom and outside of the classroom. I shouldn't have to go into details about it. Then you had Cell phones both in the classroom and outside it. Administrators were afraid of lawsuits and they were just tired of policing them. Kids were always breaking rules no matter what. Next the curriculum is too large which leads to too much time spent on subjects that are not really necessarily needed. There is no reason to make Algebra two a mandatary course .There are many things that could be done. There is still the problem with drugs and homelife and culture.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
