is if it could be proven that some staffer did them without his knowledge. The President has the power to pardon, The Office of President does not. So to prove that, the inner circle that was running things would have to rat on themselves, and that will never happen.
Just proving he was incompetent or mentally incapacitated, by itself, would not be enough to void them.
But I would like to see Fauci arrested and have this pardon thing tested in the courts. I think that process might reveal some interesting things about what was going on in the Biden Whitehouse, but there is essentially zero chance the pardon would not hold up.
