members and other terrorists. They can still be deported. The Gov't. just can't take the AEA as a shortcut. The worst part of the ruling is what's not addressed. And that is the lower Dist. Ct.s issuing nationwide injunctions that are often in conflict with other Dist. Ct. orders.
On a side note the SC also violated their own rules by taking on this case without an Appeal Ct. ruling and allowing a class action when no class had been established by the Dist. Ct.
