need to pay unemployment insurance on these now exempt employees?
I really find all these "get the rich" sentiments weird. With this, social security and income taxes, there is a large group that wants to cut payments to 'the rich' but still expect that group to continue paying into the system.
If people think we should put caps on certain programs, I see no problem with that. But if you are going to cap what they can possibly receive then there should be a commensurate cap on what they pay into them.
This would usually see the systems in question in worse financial shape than they currently find themselves.
