requiring able-bodied adults without dependents to fulfill work requirements until they are 64 years old, rather than 54, to qualify for food aid.
To be eligible for Medicaid, there would be new “community engagement requirements” of at least 80 hours per month of work, education or service for able-bodied adults without dependents.
those (with kids over 7) that make over the cutoff can get BO care coverage with tax breaks that make it free.
if unemployment is over 10% in their area, relief is available
