I was getting my oil changed at Wal-Mart years ago and was walking by the auto department and saw them drop my truck off the lift. I went to pick it up a while later and waited for them to say they had dropped it, which they never did. I complained to the store manager about it and he put me in touch with corporate and the amount of hoops and time I had to waste because of their ****-up was infuriating. It's definitely the top reason why we never shop at Wal-Mart any more. **** them.
