his best year is like 14 SBs.

He's a .250 career hitter with an OBP of .350. So thats a pretty big OBP leap over average, he walks a lot

So he's a "get on base" guy, not a speed guy that can create extra bases on his own via steals or legging out routine singles into doubles like Bobby Witt does
