So you are hanging your cane on 2 to 4 more players? The same 2 to 4 players that couldn’t even crack this years lineup that lacked real hard core SEC talent and was begging for someone to step up and get the job done, only to go unanswered?!?! Pinch hitters coming off the bench in crucial situations that had maybe 1 or 2 home runs and were hitting well under .200?!?! Uhhh ok. Good luck with that. But you kinda missed the point if you read my entire post. We just don’t have the talent to get us to the promise land regardless of how young or old we are. We couldn’t beat bulls**t mid major mid week teams during the season which got us into this mess…we got bounced in the first round of the SEC tournament…and we didn’t have the talent to make the tournament this year. So based on that, you turn to another battle cry of, “We are young”?!?! Well if you are hoping that we have a complete turnaround next year based on age, then I have a bridge to sell you. Lol. That’s just laughable to be honest.
