"Judge Tanya Chutkan, the activist from the DC Circuit court who allowed false charges against President Trump to be filed in her courtroom, has been removed from the bench by Interim US Attorney Alina Habba for "dereliction of duty."
Habba had the order signed off by President Trump himself to have Chutkan moved to a district in North Dakota that would be less controversial for her to serve out her appointment.
"She could always retire," he said.
